Itinerary

Day 1: Pickup – Yala

Stop At: Leopard Nest – Glamping in Yala, Palatupana, Yala, Tissamaharama 82600, Sri Lanka
07:30: You will be picked up from your hotel in the selected cities and transferred to Yala

Arrive at the Leopard Nest campsite.

Enjoy Lunch at the main restaurant in the campsite.
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Yala National Park, Yala National Park
Start your evening game drive at Yala National park to photograph the wildlife treasure in one of the best homes for Leopards and other animals in Asia.
Duration: 3 hours

Stop At: Leopard Nest – Glamping in Yala, Palatupana, Yala, Tissamaharama 82600, Sri Lanka
Arrive at the Campsite and enjoy your private Alfresco shower followed by drinks and appetizers around the campfire.

Dinner will be served at an outdoor location in the camp. Dine under the stars for an unforgettable evening meal in the jungle experience.

Day 2: Yala – Yala

Stop At: Nimalawa, Sri Lanka
Wake up around 5:00 am to freshly brewed Ceylon tea or coffee. Leave the campsite at 05:30 am and start to trek through thick bushes with a pathway access to a wonderful lake which offers breath-taking views and bird watching opportunities. If you are fortunate enough, you will encounter wildlife like elephants; Deers; palm squirrels; wild boars; etc. Also, you will confront both endemic and migratory birds; butterflies and lizards and land monitors slithering around the lake. Capture the splendid views of wildlife and nature to take back home. Don’t forget to ask your naturalist to share his adventures in the wild during the trek.

Enjoy breakfast at a private location by a lake whilst listening to the singing of birds and feeling the fresh breeze. Return from the nature trail and check-into the campsite.

Enjoy Lunch at the main restaurant in the campsite or at one of many outdoor locations available in the campsite.

Stop At: Yala National Park, Yala National Park
14:30: Hop in to the Jeep and start the afternoon game drive for searching leopards.

Stop At: Leopard Nest – Glamping in Yala, Palatupana, Yala, Tissamaharama 82600, Sri Lanka
When finished the safari, you will be taken to a private Beach where you have a couple of hours to explore, dip your toes in the cool water, and enjoy a 4-course barbecue dinner with a glass or two of wine. The beach is located in an exclusively private area and dinner is set up only for your group. Stay overnight at a Luxury Nest in Leopard Nest.

Day 3: Yala – Yala

Stop At: Tissamaharama, Tissamaharama, Southern Province
After restful overnight in the wild, enjoy freshly squeezed juices from seasonal fruits followed by breakfast. Following breakfast, hop in to a Tuk-Tuk and explore the Village life of Tissamaharama and Yala which is rural and unique. Explore five wonderful lakes and enjoy the scenery and bird-life before walking to see the life of a curd makers. You will be able to witness how pottery and curd is made. In this tour you will experience the real Sri Lankan village life in Yala and Tissamaharama. This expedition will add a new page to your album where you will not be able to experience with others.

Stop At: Udawalawe National Park Sri Lanka
After Lunch, you will be driven to the Udawalawe National Park.

Many Elephants are attracted to the park because of the reservoir. Other than the Elephants, the park is home to water Buffalo, water Monitor Lizards, Sambar Deer as well as it is an exciting location for Bird enthusiasts.

You will be driven back to your Campsite.

Enjoy Dinner at the campsite with drinks around the campfire.

Day 4: Yala – Drop off

Stop At: Bundala National Park, A 2 Road .bundala Junction Hambantota, Weligatta 82000 Sri Lanka
Leave with packed breakfast to Bundala National Park.

During this 3-4 hour game drive, you will be able to witness many species of birds, Spotted Deer, Sambar, etc. We provide light refreshments and water bottles during the safari.

After the safari, you will be taken back to your hotel in the next destination (Free transportation will be provided to Ella, Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Galle, Bentota, Colombo and Negombo)
