Day 3: Sigiriya & Dambulla

It is also known as Lion Rock because of the huge lion that used to stand at the entrance to the Palace on the summit of the 600-foot high rock.

Day 4: Polonnaruwa > Colombo

In the morning visit the historical site of Polonnaruwa to see the most iconic attractions of Sri Lanka’s 2nd most ancient kingdom, such as the Parakrama Samudra irrigation system and the statue of King Parakramabahu. Visit the royal palace, see the remains of the Kumara Pokuna marble pond and more.
