Bentota River Safari is one of the popular outdoor activities throughout the local as well as foreigners. This boat ride will take approximate 1.5 hours and you will be able to explore large area of mangroves , rare animals such as crocodiles , water monitors as well as some inherent birds.

The Fort is listed as a world heritage site and is well preserved. The Inner fort has several restaurants and hotels to cater to the tourist, and is a pleasure to visit and walk around. .
