Day 1: Negombo | Colombo

Stop At: Negombo, Sri Lanka
On arrival at the Bandaranaike International airport, you will be warmly greeted by your very own chauffeur guide and transferred to Negombo. (Approx. 30 min. drive). On arrival in the hotel, spend the day at leisure relaxing and enjoying the hotel facilities.

Day 2: Negombo

Stop At: Muthurajawela Marsh, Negombo Sri Lanka
The region supports 192 distinct species of flora and 209 distinct species of fauna, including Slender Loris. Some of the identified species have been shown to be indigenous to the marsh. Birds are the dominant group of vertebrates in Muthurajawela. It consists of 102 species including one endemic. Of the total species, 19 migrants have been recorded. The mixture of vegetation types and aquatic habitats in Muthurajawela has made it an ideal eco-zone for a variety of birds.

Stop At: Waikkal, Sri Lanka
Evening, you will be driven to a nearby river to enjoy a romantic private cruise dinner. You will arrive and board a beautifully decorated ferry to embark on your romantic dinner. The ferry is lit with natural lanterns as you glide around 300-500 meters at a low speed along the scenic river. Surrounded by mangrove vegetation, enjoy the peaceful atmosphere as you are served by a personal butler, a chef, and a ferryman. You can select any of the three specially designed 4-course dinner menus with a choice of seafood, meat or Sri Lankan/Eastern specialties. A bottle of sparkling wine is served to complement your dinner and tea and coffee will be served at the end of the meal.

Day 3: Kandy

In the afternoon, you will enjoy a city tour in Kandy. To the Buddhists of Sri Lanka and the World, Kandy is one of the most sacred sites as it is the home of the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic of Lord Buddha. During this city tour, you will cover Bahirawakanda temple, upper lake drive, art, and craft center, cultural show and Kandy temple.

Day 4: Kandy

Then we will take you out to our tea fields and show you which leaves to pluck. our professional tea pluckers will accompany you. You’ll be amazed at how efficiently and quickly they manage to fill their baskets by comparison.

Day 5: Haputale

Day 6: Haputale

Stop At: St Benedict’s Monastery – Adisham, Haputale Sri Lanka
Adisham is a monastery run by Benedictine Monks. It is also named as St. Benedict’s monastery. The pages of history reveal that the creator of this enthralling place is Sir Thomas Lister Villiers. Sir Thomas was born in 1869 in Adisham, an ancient village that lies in the hollow of the Kent countryside. Wrapped in the tranquility of the misty hills, Adisham Bungalow attracts every eye that falls on it.

Stop At: Lipton’s Seat, Haputale 90160 Sri Lanka
Proceed with an exciting TukTuk tour through the tea plantations and narrow roads to the Poonagala hill which is one of the most impressive viewpoints of Sri Lanka known as Lipton’s seat. The place gets this name after the famous tea planter Sir Thomas Lipton used this place to survey the surrounding region of his tea plantations. It is a panoramic overlooking destination in Sri Lanka. Several lakes, the sacred mountain of Weda hiti Kanda, Hambanthota harbor located in the southern coastal area can be seen remarkably.

Stop At: Galle Fort, Church Street, Galle 80000 Sri Lanka

Galle Fort was built by the Portuguese in 1588, and then extensively fortified by the Dutch during the 17th century. It is a historical, archaeological and architectural heritage monument, which even after more than 423 years maintains a polished appearance, due to extensive reconstruction work was done by the Archaeological Department of Sri Lanka. The heritage value of the fort has been recognized by UNESCO and the site has been inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
