Stop At: Minneriya National Park, Maradankadawala-Habarana-Thirukkondaiadimadu Highway, 50150 Sri Lanka
You will be picked up from your hotel in Negombo or Colombo and transferred to Minneriya National Park. En route you’ll have lunch since this is an evening safari, you’ll be picked up in the morning due to the distance between Minneriya and Negombo or Colombo. Located in the heart of Sri Lanka’s Cultural Triangle, Minneriya’s scenery offers just the kind of respite one might be looking for if suffering from ‘ruin overdose’. The main attraction in the park is the elephants, and Minneriya is one of the best places in the country to see them. Once the evening safari ends, you’ll be dropped back to your hotel.
