You will be picked up from your hotel and directly transferred to Udawalawe National Park. Udawalawe National Park, the sixth largest animal sanctuary of Sri Lanka is located 180 km from Colombo in south-central sector of the island. Framed by soaring highlands on its northern boundary, the Udawalawe National Park is one of the world’s best places to see wild elephants. Apart from elephants many other species of animals reside in Udawalawe including water buffaloes, monkeys, crocodiles, lizards, a variety of birds, and insects.
