After leaving the Cemetery, we continue to the next destination on our tour itinerary. After leaving Kandy Market Hall, we must take a Tuk- Tuk up the hill to reach the Kandy viewpoint. When you arrive, you will be rewarded with an unrivaled perspective of the city including Kandy Lake, Temple of the Tooth Relic, all the buildings with route maps, and the Kandy plateau that surrounded by mountain. Kandy’s main attraction is the Temple of the Tooth Relic, which is a famous location for worshiping the Buddha Tooth Relic and obtaining Blass from it. This was the former palace of Kandy’s final monarch, Sri Wickrama Rajasinghe.

Kandy Lake, also known as Kiri Muhuda or the Sea of Milk, is an artificial lake in the heart of the hill city of Kandy, Sri Lanka, built in 1807 by King Sri Wickrama Rajasinghe next to the Temple of the Tooth. A little island in the middle of the lake can be reached by boat.
Mainly, you can walk around the lake and sit on a bench to experience the wind that comes from the lake and take photos as personal souvenirs. You can also book a boat tour around the lake if necessary.
