What to expect During this tour?

This 3-hour tour gives you the chance to experience a local home bakery and get involved hands-on for a short while. Visit a local home-based baker who uses traditional methods. Learn to make bread and various other baked goodies by kneading the dough by hand, and using a clay oven. Get to know more about Sri Lanka’s history of baking and local ingredients. Try your hand at these newly learned techniques. Finish off by having tea or coffee and some delicious pastries with the baker’s family.
