Day 2: Sigiriya – Anuradhapura

After breakfast, visit the sacred city of Anuradhapura, Anuradhapura is one of the ancient capitals of Sri
Lanka, famous for its well-preserved ruins of an ancient Sri Lankan civilization. The city, now a UNESCO
World Heritage Site in srilanka. You will visit the Thuparamaya, Lovamahapaya, Ruwanvaliseya, and Sri
Maha Bodhiya, Later you will visit Mihintale, which is a mountain peak near Anuradhapura, Sri Lanka. It
is believed by Sri Lankans to be the site of meeting between the Buddhist monk Mahinda and King
Devanampiyatissa which inaugurated the presence of Buddhism in Sri Lanka,

Day 5: Kandy City tour

Sri Maha Bodhi Viharaya[1] is a Theravada Buddhist temple in Kandy, Sri Lanka. It is located in Bahirawakanda, approximately 2 km (1.2 mi) from the city centre. The temple is known for its giant Buddha statue. The statue of Buddha is depicted in the position of the Dhyana Mudra, the posture of meditation associated with his first Enlightenment, and can be seen from almost everywhere in Kandy. It stands at 26.83 m (88.0 ft) high and is one of the tallest Buddha statues in Sri Lanka.

The mesmerizing viewpoint is located on the Rajapihilla Mawatha and is ranked 5th out of 105 tourist attractions in Kandy. From the city, you have to take the Rajapihilla Mawatha Route, after which a 1 km steep climb will guide you to the viewpoint. You can also hire a tuk-tuk to reach the top.The panoramic view that you would get to see is worth the pain of the ascent. The entire Kandy town lies ahead of your eye, and from the top, you can also spot the Kandy lake and Dalada Maligawa

Day 6: Kandy – Nuwara Eliya

After breakfast, you will then visit the Royal Botanical Garden before continuing to Nuwara Eliya,
stopping at a tea factory en route. Afterward, visit Victoria Park, and Gregory Lake.
Botanical Gardens, Peradeniya attracts 2 million visitors annually. It is renowned for its collection of
orchids. The garden includes more than 4000 species of plants, including orchids, spices, medicinal
plants, and palm trees. The total area of the botanical garden is 147 acres (0.59 km2)

Once we reach Nuwara Eliya, first we will be visiting Gregory Lake. This was build in 1873 and is the most prominent attraction in Nuwara Eliya. Visitors come here to spend some time by the lake and relax. This place is famous for its water sports activities.

ideal to spot blue whales, Bryde´s whales, sperm whales, fin whales, common dolphins, bottlenose
dolphins, and sometimes killer whales. Spinner dolphins, Risso’s dolphins, and striped dolphin can be
seen
Whale watching tours usually start around 7.00 am as boats leave the harbor around that time and last
